Hi Bob,

I have gone through your trading site and I guess this is what the world has come to, I am a long time system trader long before the word system was even used.

A scanned program for particular variables of pattern recognition and technical recognition are called black boxes, they are notoriously unsuccessful in creating wealth in the markets. One of the main reasons is because the optimization that is used in particular time samples create a more passive recognition of trading ability for actual real-time results.

Now further to the issue your advertisement it's extremely close to fraud it shows no disclosure of system results other than one or two samples of buy and sell entries. You have no disclosure of accountability or registered with the security and exchange commission as an investment adviser or otherwise, the 14 account rule has long been out dated. Using large corporate names in advertising without permission can also be classified as fraud. I would advise you to undertake an immediate step towards correcting all these very important issues before carrying on.

Showing a few laptops on milk cartons is probably leading to a situation of immediate investigation and possibly arrest for a security scam.
