DiamondChan,
Everything you said makes good sense. It's pretty unusual to see coffee
this strong in late June/harvest. Very often, it's because of a frost scare.
That is likely some of it here but with frost scares we normally
have huge spikes up and down ahead of the event.

This market has not been like a typical frost scare market.
After we broke out last week and hit a bunch of buy stops, the move
up has been relentless and persistent. Those factors you mentioned
would explain a lot of that.

Seasonals for KC are strongly down from early June through mid August.
About the only time KC has gone up in that time frame is when there
was a big freeze event.

This year is very different. Most of the other markets are trading very different,
more volatile and dangerous than I've seen since my first year traiding(1992).

I'm glad to have made a little money so far. If i traded with my usual style,
I might be ready to find a real jog.
