Barefoot, I'm also an option seller of KCU8 at calls of 180, 190, 195, and 200. I am baffled as well on today's rally of coffee, but I expect it to decline in the upcoming week. Just too many factors against the bulls for coffee to continue to rally. Most likely there will be a sharp contraction very soon.

The Brazilian provinces Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais which contribute to much of the Brazilian coffee crops are experiencing normal to above average temperature today, and throughout the week. In addition, the forecast throughout the week shows no signs of unfavorable weather conditions. Harvesting is rapidly picking up in Brazil. Imho, its an excellent time to start selling calls on coffee.
