It just seems to me that once we saw KCH break below 133 it should (and could) have fallen and reached 130. It didn't, instead holding pretty well. Yes, it dropped 1st to 132.20 then again to the day's low 132.05 (I think), but it never really experienced sufficient pressure to take it down below 132 and closer to 130. Was it influenced by outside forces? Or did selling just dry up?

Anyway, I think a pre-weekend bounce may be in order and we will see if sellers manage to materialize, or if we receive a bout of short covering instead. Today the attitude seemed more one of sell rallies than buy weakness, i many markets. Will that attitude resurface, or have those who wanted out gotten out?

I don't think the risk is too large to not attempt the long side risking a move below 132. And the reward could be a pop of short covering to try for 136. At least that's how I see things from my prespective tonight. Jurgens
