Markets have opening ranges which in commodities is about the first 30 minutes of trading. I know coffee opens around 03:00 am but imo the real opening is really around 08:00 or 08:30.
Related to the pivot, many experienced traders wait for these 30 minutes to pass and then if prices are above the pivot they usually get long. The opposite if it is below.
So far the 9 daily MA (13140) has held support, but the market is not showing any force, at least intraday. We'll see!!
