Hi Steve,
It has probably been 15+ years since I was at the grading facility. Graders were quite a bit busier then than I suspect they are now. The quality represented by the 'C' is pretty ordinary coffee - you won't see SBUX going anywhere near these, though Kraft, Folgers and other commercial guys will be happy with it.
